Collaboration with The Hanging Bat, this is ridiculously drinkable at it's ABV. A sticky, sweet beer similar to a barleywine but with the spiciness of rye to boot. Caramel, candied fruit and leathery notes add to the complexity of this beer.

Keg at The Bottle Shop, Southwark, London. A ruby/amber coloured pour with a thin off white head on top. Aroma of dark fruit, caramel and spice. Taste is similar, dark fruit, caramel, spice, quite rich. Rather pleasant.

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines; hazy dark brown pour with a thin creamy beige head, caramel and spice aroma, taste is fruity, with some rye spiciness, caramel, quite boozey, red grapes, delightful.

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours clear copper, no head. Aromas are light spice, rye bread. Taste is sweet, thick, oily, boozy. Light spice finish. Good.
