Translates as Divide & Conquer. This beer barrel aged for the good part of a year in a variety of peated whiskey barrels. Among others Port Charlotte and Bruichladdich. We also added the wild yeast Brettanomyces (aka brett) to the barrels to gain it's special effect to the beer.

Flaske fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Langnes. Svart. Høyt lysebrunt skum som daler sakte. Aroma av røyk & torv. Silkemyk munnfølelse. Smaken torv med økende innslag av lakris. Bra - men lite variasjon.

330ml bottle bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A tan-coloured head covering a jet black body. Spotty lacing. Promising smell of chocolate, cocoa and peat. Well blended taste profile of peaty chocolate, dark fruits, oak,and ash followed by a roasted, warming and slightly brettish finish. Full bodied. Delicious (Tromsø 01.10.2017).

Bottle - Smoke and light manure with a tinge of balsamic. Deep brown with a small beige head. Smoke and roast, touch of peat and a nice brett note that isn't sour.
