Gbbf. Fast klare blass gelbe Farbe. Geruch leicht säuerlich trocken, Birnen. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, trocken, reife Birnen.

(Cask stillage at GBBF, London Earl’s Court, 5 Aug 2009. 6.1%) Pale yellow colour with green hints. No head. Fruity, tart nose with pears and grass. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of pears and grass. Dry, tart finish. Nicely balanced, tart and very drinkable.

Cloudy greenish with tiny white short lasting head. Sourish aromaen with pears and wood. Flavor likewise with a dry end.
