La Bonté is open fermented with our house Brettanomyces culture. This beer is then blended with a portion of Golden Sour and onto a half pound per gallon of Italian Plums. La Bonté is then aged in our foeder until it reaches perfection.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is bretty and barnyard funky. Sourish, fruity, bretty and wooden. Smooth fruity and dry bretty to sourish finish.
