Säuerlicher, fruchtig hefiger Antrunk. Oxidationsnoten, moderat herb, angenehme Karbonisierung. Hell, sehr süffig, mittellanger Nachhall. 8/9/10/10//10

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2016. Klare goldene Farbe, geringe weiße schaumkrone. Geruch nach kokos, sehr hopfig, gering holzig säuerlich. Geschmack säuerlich fruchtig, kokos, holzig, trocken.

75cl from the brewery. Looks really, really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, small head. Very interesting aroma, sour and fruity, dried fruity, light hints of caramel. Starts malty-sour, light salty-earthy, fruity like lemon, bitter background. Dry-malty finish, less sour, fine fruity aftertaste with a salty touch. Very interesting one!
