Seasonal beer vom Fass at Schwerter Schankhaus. A white rocky tophead blanketing the glass. A solid wheat haze to a golden-orange coloured body. Wheat and sweet banana smell. Similar taste of banana sweetness and wheat joined by a light touch of citrus. Wheaty ending. Ok and, in fact, not overly sweet (Meissen 04.07.2016).

Bottle (sent by GDR ambassador Stefan!): Hazy, pale golden to golden, beaten-egg-white-like creamy head, phenolic-citrussy nose with some shy hops in the background; light sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied, soft; drier and more tart grainy-bitter finish. Quite O.K., good summer brew.....

Draught at a small pub in Meissen. Looks great, golden-copper coloured, nice head. Fruity aroma. Starts mild, fruity-malty, zippy, some lemon notes. Finish well balanced, a bit drier. Dry-bitter aftertaste. Interesting beer!
