Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery a few years back. Pours clear gold with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with nips of white wine vinegar, some citric tartness, old wood, a little hay, mellow acidity, lemony bite. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Quenching finish, lightly drying, some ripening lemon, more woody dryness, mild bitterness. Enjoyable.

From bottle at the inaugural Beer Jerk Bunker bottle share, thanks to Matt. Pours hazy orange brown. Gooseberry, biscuit, fruity cacao nibs stuff, plum, lemon juice, tart vinegar, slight sweetness, plenty of funk. Slick body. Excellent.

Keg at salthorse. Pours deep orange, nose is funk, oak, lemon, toffee, taste is tart, zesty, juicy gooseberry, brett funk.

Poured at Shelton Festival, cloudy orange with thick frothy white head. The aroma is berry, yogurt and oak. Thin body, berry, lacto, nice tartness, good.
