Labeled "Traditional Jeffersonian" but is a re-brand of this same cider: Sweet apple nose, mild funky phenolics underneath. Crystal clear pale yellow, a few streams of carbonation. Sweet apple, pear, mild dry phenolic finish. Light body, easy carbonation. Nice transitions and nuance.

Many thanks to nimbleprop, my "Secret" Santa 2016 for this bottle. Interesting fruity-neutral nose. The cider starts fruity but not too deep. I think due to the fact that table-apples like Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, or Fuji are not really suitable for good ciders. Pale and quite neutral aftertaste - especially for the high abv. The fruitiness is there, a bit boozy with a quite neutral fruity but boring and flat aftertaste. Interesting to try, but a bit one-dimensional...
