On tap at Gaststätte Hirschbräu Leipheim, Wednesday 20th August 2025 stayiing in the brewery carpark en route to Ulm Obstwiesenfestival. Pours hazy mid yellow with a large creamy white head. Classic Hefeweisse, lovely banana touches both on the nose and in the mouth, nice spritzy but also soft mouthfeel, a little creamy, very good.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized foamy white head which leaves some lace. Aroma is herbal, some grassy, mild citrus and some yeasty and wheaty tones. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some yeast and mild earthy tones. On the watery side of things.

50cl swing top bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of decent clove and yeast. Taste of clove, not too sweet banana and yeast, overall okay!
