# 3626; 5/2023. Yeasty, spicy, fruity, banana aroma. Cloudy gold body, white lacing head. Yeasty, spicy, clovy, banana, malty. Very good Weissbier. 0,1 l, draught, tasting set, brewpub, Ulm, Swabia, Germany.

On tap at Barfüßer brewery Saturday 8th April 2023, after an almost 30km cycle ride from Biberbach. Pours hazy yellow, not particularly wheaty but there is a little citrus bite, the head rapidly disappeared. It's fine.

On tap @ the Brewpub in Ulm. Hints of grain, moderate banana and spices in the back. Not too intense, sessionable with a grainy and slightly bitter fruity finish.

Draught @ Memmingen brewpub. Aroma has swwetish banana esthers and hints of bubblegum. Flavour has banana esthers, bubblegum and fruity yeast. Finishes with milky and floury notes. Clean hefe with good drinkability.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes goldenes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch süß bananig und hefig. Geschmack bananig, sehr phenolisch hefig.

On tap. Pours slightly hazy golden color, with a white head. Yeasty, light banana ,fruity sweetness, and a nice spicy yeasty finish. A little bit over-carbonated, but still pretty good.
