Bottle (Bodensee!): Pale golden, cloudy, quickly diminishing white head; citrousy, wheaty nose with a dusty touch; light to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour, light bodied; lemony-wheaty finish with a touch of tartness. Good, refreshing Weizen.........

(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a non-persistent frothy white head. Moderately sweet wheaty nose with a tinge of green banana and shy notes of phenolic spice. Moderately sweet and slightly yeasty bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Wheat-accented taste with notes of citrus and a touch of banana in the background, rounded up with a delicate phenolic touch. Decent Hefeweizen (13.V.09).
