Nice sour beer. So far it’s one of the smoother, more balanced of the wild brews. Has a nice, clean, easy finish.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice funky wheat with some bitter and sour citrus combining well. Flavor is more sour with a citrus bite and a funky wheat backbone.

Bottle courtesy of Kermis. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin white head. The aroma is big lemon citrus. The flavour is acid citrus with a mineral citrus fruit, light bretty palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not really a witbier IMO.
