Tasting tray at Ottobeurer. Golden, cloudy with a minimal white head. Aroma of hops and malt, taste same, boring.

50cl bottle. Pours clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild tart fruits, hay, pale malt. taste of mild caramelish malt, nuts, hay, interesting!

Vom Faß im Brauerei-Hotel Hirsch. - Tiefes Braungelb, fast klar. - In der Nase Münchner Malz, Hefe, leichte Hopfenspitzen. - Sahnig milder Antrunk, breit karamelmalzig und mäßig süß. Gut rezent. Leicht hefig, etwas würzig-pikant. Etwas blaß in der Mitte. - Schwach bitterer Nachtrunk. - Mildes, hefiges Märzen, etwas zu schwach auf der Hopfenbrust.
