Morgendug is a classic pale ale brewed on light malt. The hops, in combination with the light malt, give a well-balanced bitterness. Morning dew got its name after a series of tastings, in which a judge stated that the gentle but at the same time bitter taste gave reminders of the walk on bare feet through the grass on a cool morning.

500 ml bottle. Slightly hazy orange body with a small white head. Lovely, fresh aroma of citrus/grapefruit. Flavor is refreshing as well – malt and hops. Not exactly complex, but refreshing and nice.

Bottle. It pours a clear, golden body with a small, dense off-white head. Piney, citrusy nose with grapefruit, maybe a bit one-tracked, but nice. Pleasant fruity and citrusy flavor with pine-cones, and malty sweetness trying to balance it. Medium to full body, and a hoppy finish. Really easy to drink, quite pleasant, but for those not being hopheads, it will probably fall through. (080314)

66 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange, with a dense white head. Mild grainy to sweet hoppy aroma. Flavour holds a slight orange peel note on top of a solid hops bitterness. Nice twsit to the hops, yet simple. Overly yeasty flavoured. Nice.
