Morgendug is a classic pale ale brewed on light malt. The hops, in combination with the light malt, give a well-balanced bitterness. Morning dew got its name after a series of tastings, in which a judge stated that the gentle but at the same time bitter taste gave reminders of the walk on bare feet through the grass on a cool morning.

Hazy blond color. It smells bad, manure. Poor flavor, with a hint of manure again. Simple, dry Ale, with off flavors...

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear golden .Light grass aroma. Medium sweet. Very light bodied with rather soft mouthfeel. Interesting hop flavours with grass, hay and some herbal spices. Medium bitterness. Easy drinking ale, should suit perfectly as a cask ale.

Bottled. A hazy orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet and nicely hoppy combined with spicy notes - especially of coriander. The flavor is sweet malty with a flat mouthfeel, leading to a dry end, and the body is a bit thin. OK, but nothing special.
