Aroma is vinegar cucumber dill pepper. Taste is harsh bitter cucumber a bit spicy and salty. Extremely full bodied. Medium drinkable. Still nice.. pia thinks it reminds of home. (Goslar)

Bottle. Pickled cucumber aroma. Cloudy/milky yellow (bottom of bottle) white head. Relatively full bodied, foamy mouthfeel. Soup saltiness, plenty of umami, strong dill notes, quick finish, saltlick aftertaste. A bit muddled.

Sampled @ CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Trübes hell goldgelbes Bier mit einer mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch ist pfeffrig scharf, gurken. Geschmack nach Gurkensalat, Pfeffer, leicht hefig.

01-04-17 // sampled at CRAFT Frankfurt 2017. Hazy light yellow pale beer with white lacing. nose is light acidic, light spices. Taste is light sour, acidic, light salty, some peppery spices and cucumber juice.
