Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of strong herbal malt, herbal fruits, belgian yeast. Taste of tart yellow fruits, belgian yeast, herbal hops.

Smooth and fresh nose. The beer starts highly carbonated with a very soft body. Hints of sourness in the back, the body is full-flavoured, smooth grainy but not too deep. Sessionable fresh stuff.

Ein leichtes Blonde kann ja nicht nur im Hochsommer ein Genuss sein, aber wenn das Aroma schon so schwach ist, dass man es suchen muss, dann wird es fade -so wie bei diesem Bier.

330 ml bottle from Beer Store Vienna.
Dark yellow to orange, cloudy body, with a big, quickly dissipating, frothy, white head.
Beautiful, full and fresh aroma of yeast, ripe fruits, citrus fruits, barnyard, spices, bread.
Taste is a bit lighter, with yeast, spices, bread, citrus, ripe fruits, slight barnyard.
Medium, quite creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, spicy, quite dry, hoppy, slightly bready.

Tasty. Very quaffable and easy to drink, but also very aromatic, especially the lovely nose. A bit hard to categorise, tastes somewhere inbetween a Wit (but brewed without wheat or spices), a Saison (the yeast, but too light ABV I guess) and a standard Belgian ale. Whatever, it is a very good Belgian style beer and my favourite by this brewery so far.
