Pale ale basically originates from England, but we have brewed it in our own way. It was designed with the idea of a very tasty, aroma;c and balanced beer.
The base of the beer is formed by a rela;vely simple combina;on of the basic and caramelised malts.
This base was then overlaid with 4 types of hops that give it a fresh, fruity aroma and a superbly refreshing taste, which together with the malt base creates highly balanced and dangerously drinkable ale.

In der Farbe goldgelb mit einer schönen Trübung. Die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone ist mäßig stabil, hält aber gut. In der Nase vernimmt man angenehm grasiges Hopfenaroma, reifes Fruchtaroma mit einem leichten Anklang von Exotik, sowie eine durchaus gute Malznote. Der Antrunk kommt mit einer sehr weichen Rezenz und wirkt fruchtig-malzig. Der Mittelteil überzeugt mit einem raffinierten Aromamix aus Karamell, Fruchtigkeit, zarter Süße und einer relativ komplexen Hopfenaromatik, die aber mit einer sehr leichten Herbe auskommt. Das Gesamtbild zeigt sich überaus harmonisch, schön vollmundig und überaus süffig. Im Abgang schwingt die Aromatik noch gut nach und macht erst nach einiger Zeit immer mehr und mehr Platz für eine angenehme Hopfenherbe. Dieses Pale Ale hat alles was es braucht - einfach gut!

33 cl. can shared with Hilde @ home, bought @ Coop Culemborg. Hazy orange with a white head. Nice citrus aroma. Clean bitter taste with a rather dry bitter finish. Refreshing APA.
