Golden colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of malts. Fairly sweet.

Sampled @ Festival der Bierkulturen Köln 2017. Klare dunkel goldene Farbe. Geruch ist sehr malzig, diacetyl. Geschmack ist süß malzig, kräftiger Körper, Getreide, diacetyl.

Weich herb malziger Beginn, hell, mild bitter. Getreidig, weich würzig, süffig. Leicht hopfige Noten, geringe Bitterkeit zum Ende. Weich, gut. 10/8/9/9//9

Huge thanks to Bayerischer Bahnhof for the chance to try this beer. Looks really good in the glass, brownish-copper coloured. Fine spicy-malty aroma. Starts milder than exspected, fine malty, spicy, fruity notes of dried fruity. Sweetish background. Finish well balanced and quite drinkable. Unusual but really good Maibock. Really liked it!
