50cl bottle. A hazy bright yellow golden beer with a huge most good lasting white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, herbs. Taste of herbal fruits, banana, yeast, spices, hints of salt and green tea.

500ml bottle. Murky, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Tart-ish, salty aroma, notes of salted lemon, hints of sauerkraut, wheaty banana overtones. Taste is slightly tart, herbal-spicy, salty and minimally citrusy, notes of salted lemon, lemongrass, a touch of lime, coriander seed, overtones of banana and orange zest. Refreshing Gose / Belgian Wit-crossover.
