Draft @ the brewpub. Cloudy pale yellow sporting a big white head. Aroma of grapefruits, grass and wheat. Taste of grapefruits, wheat, grass, lemons and just a hint of bananas. Pretty juicy and tangy. Low bitterness. Medium carbonation. A slim-bodied and refreshing Hopfenweisse Light.

Tap at the Brewpub. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow-white head. Wheaty and yeasty fruity, slightly yeasty spicy, minimally citrusy aroma, notes of dried banana, banana leaves, a touch of lemon, some clove. Taste is rather dry and minimally tart, wheaty, yeasty fruity, slightly citrusy and yeasty spicy, notes of banana, dried banana, hints of banana leaves, some lemon and clove, very cautious residual sweetness. Rather dry, clean, nice citrus touch - not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. A hazy deep golden beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild banana, yeast and clove. Taste of mild citrusy fruits, banana and clove, not bad.

On tap at the brewpub. Bananig-säuerlicher Geruch. Der Antrunk ist leicht säuerlich, vollmundig-süffig. Recht herb-säuerlich, aber frisch und gut trinkbar. Aber wenig bananig-weizentypisch. Der Hauptteil ist lang, rund, recht herb für ein Weizen. Leicht säuerlich-süffig. Der Nachgeschmack ist mittellang, säuerlich-herb und hefig, allerdings ohne die typischen Aromen. Etwas neutral.
ganz nett, aber die typischen Aromen fehlen. Wie ein Weizen mit Kölsch-Hefe…
