Pour from bottle @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a clear pale golden yellow. Nicely fruity to taste with a bright carb, tart sweet apple fruit, great clarity.. a nice change to all the samey standard ciders here.

Danke an Erzengel. Stark karbonisierter Antrunk von milden grünen Äpfeln. Moderat alkoholisch, weich, geringfügig helle Malznoten. Leicht steigende Süße, vollmundig, die Karbonisierung ist leicht überhöht. Natürlich, fruchtig, lecker. 8/10/9/9/10/10

Fresh nice sourish beginning. Nice fruity fresh mild body, long and deep, fresh apples.

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A clear light yellow colour. Aroma of ripe strong apples, not too sweet. Taste of mild sweet apples, soft tart apples, medium carbonation.
