Danke an Erzengel. Weicher süßer Beginn von reifen Äpfeln und Barrique Fässern. Milder, eher unterstützender Alkohol, steigende Fruchtigkeit, sehr würzig. Konstante Süße, langer Nachhall. nur wenig trocken. Gut. 10/9/11/11/10/11

Bottle bought in Hamburg. 2010er. Great fresh woody appley nose. The cider starts with lots of wood, slightly sweetish, fruity with a great woody but sugary aftertaste.

Bottle shared with Erzengel! A clear deep golden colour. Aroma of intense sweet apples, oak barrel, vanilla, sugar. Taste of intense sweet riped apples, sugar, oak, bourbon, nice!
