A classical pils, on the Swiss way thay you don't find it often particulary outside of the Valais. Perfect after a walk with my wife and child in the region of Tortin, dry malt, bitter, dry hop, a bit crispy, a bit metalic but it is ok, refreshing, 04.08.21, tasting it at Siviez, during this rainy summet.

Clear golden colour, medium sized dense, long lasting white head; aroma of herbal, grainy and slight citrusy, as well as metallic notes; taste of quite intensive hoppy bitterness with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma ; quite good pilsener

Tap at Solothurner Biertage. Pours clear golden. Aroma is grains, butter, bread, lager, low noble hops. Body is medium, quite sweet before turning rather bitter, otherwise rather non-offensive. Wait, no, boring. Works in summer.
