Süß kräutrig-hefiger Antrunk. Sehr süffig, kräutrig bleibend, dezente Säure. Die Süße ist dann aber doch stärker, spritzig, süffig. 10/8/9/9/9/9

33cl swing top bottle. A hazy amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of reddish malt, red berries, yeast, some spices. Taste of red fruits, berries, herbs, some clove and yeast, interesting!

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Fine sourish-fruity aroma. Starts fine malty, only light yeasty, intense fruity like lemon, some grape. Only very light notes of elder flowers. Finish well balanced, hoppy-sourish. Nice one!

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery at their saturday opening hours. Murky orange with different layers, one finger white head. Looks nearly like a Bissel Bros beer. Sourness with herbs on the nose. Taste starts with dry sourness. Some cardboard sequences. Caramell in the background. Elder and rhubarb. No hop used! Don´t expect a sweet german Hefeweizen. This one plays in his one sour league.
