Unser König-Wenzel Schwarzbier ist ein sehr dunkles Bier mit einem malzblumigem Geruch. Es ist malzaromatisch mit einer abgerundeten Bittere im Geschmack.

50cl bottle. A clear dark amber beer with a mid-sized good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild roasted caramelish malt. Taste of caramelish malt, some nuts, toffee, soft roasted malt, mild bitterness, quite nice!

Herb-malziger Antrunk Grob herb-getreidig bleibend, die Malzigkeit bleibt eher oberflächlich. Etwas wässrig, erst im Abgang würziger, dazu frisch. Süffiges, aber nicht ganz ausgereiftes Schwarzbier. 12/8/7/6/8/7

bottle, traded with pivnizub. Dark brwon colour, medium-size head. Flavours of caramel and chocolate, dry mouthfeel. Full-bodied, well-balanced Schwarzbier.

Bottle (bought at the Brauerei): Deep reddish-amber coloured with a persistent off-white foamy layer, complex caramelly nose with a tinge of toasted malt and coffee and a discreet fruitiness also; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; robust sweet-bitter finish with traces of cacao, toasted malt and not without a discree fruitiness. Well crafted and balanced "Dunkles", really not too sweet........

(bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a big and slowly lacing beige foamy head. Discreet aroma: slightly sugary and roasted malty, earthy nose with a touch of caramel and dried fruits. Sweet favour with a faint bitterness towards the finish. Moderately roasted malty taste with notes of caramel and a subtle fruity touch; light to medium bodied, soft on carbon; sweet and slightly roasted malty finish with a whiff of herbal hops. A bit on the sweet side but still a pleasant Schwarzbier.
