Peak of the Season is the fortified version of our basic saison – Otwarcie Sezonu. We went heavier on the malt, we added rye to make it fuller bodied and then threw in new-wave American hops. What emerged is a modern interpretation of the saison style (one that would most definitely not help the farm workers :))
Fruitiness and spiciness on the nose, with a hint of citrus. Distinctly bitter, round and complex, this hefty beer hides its strength even with its elevated ABV.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dallo speziato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e l'esistenza olfattiva e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è pronunciato. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il tetto della bocca porta note di miele, pane agrumi e spezie.

Barwa złota, mocno zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie fenole, nieco cytrusów. W smaku półwytrawne, sporo fenoli, żółte owoce, kwiatowe. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie w normie, ciało dość lekkie, brakuje nieco przyprawowości i gładkości od żyta. Bardzo dobre, ale ma drobne mankamenty.

Barwa złota, lekko zamglone, piana wysoka, szybko znika. W aromacie wyraźne nuty przyprawowe oraz lekka domieszka nut amerykańskich chmieli. W smaku wyczuwalna dojrzała brzoskwinia oraz przyprawy (kolendra, goździki). Do tego dochodzi goryczka na średnim w kierunku wysokiego poziomie. Ciekawa hybryda.

0,5 flaske fra Ninkasira København, hjemme: uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer. Kraftig og tiltalende, krydret aroma og smak med furunål, citrus, florale toner, gjær og godt modne bananer. Solid maltkropp og nesten fet munnfølelse. Deilig bitterhet med malt og rugbrød i ettersmaken. Tar mer enn gjerne et gjensyn med denne.

50cl bottle. (7.5% Abv) BB 18.04.2018. A slightly hazy golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of lime, citrus, spices, herbal malt, wheat. Taste of herbal malt, mild sweet wheat malt, hints of banana and citrus, hoppy finish.
