Вроде бы просто очень добротный шоколадно-кофейный стаут по началу, что сегодня уже не удивляет. Но подождав с минуту, появляется тонкая пленка кленового сиропа, что необычно и весьма круто по вкусу, а не только по сути.

Cremiger, vollmundig schokoladiger Beginn. Röstnoten, viel Ahornsirup, cremig, intensiv. Weich, alkoholisch, Kaffee, intensiv cremiger Abgang. Gut! 9/14/14/14//14

Splurging on the second-largest draft pull here. Deep brown -black color, very thin ring of foam. Huge blast of maple right in the glass. Drinks like a thickened maple & chocolate syrup that should be poured on pancakes. This is indeed living up to its reputation, and I'm happy to have finally gotten a chance at it. Still yielding up some interesting bits: now some baking cocoa

On tap at Mikkeller & Friends. Pours black with a beige head. Syrup, cinnamon, and pancakes on the nose. Flavour has syrup, cinnamon, pancakes; a bit boozy. Very good.

Dark sweet and roasted malty with lots of roasted malt, burnt brown sugar, caramel and brown sugar, heavy coffee roast, full bodied, dark malty lingering finish. Immense. Glad to have finally tasted this.

Bottle. Pours a pitch black hue with a medium creamy brown head. A huge nose of roast, coffee and especially maple. Massive, syrup, coffee, somehow balanced. Very rich. Intense.
