Taste is intense, sour and funky with some dark berries, blackcurrant, grapes and heavy cellary farmyard notes. Finish is sour, intense and funky with some cellar, farmyard, dark berries and grapes. Heavy and intense.

Deep ruby body, with a big fluffy, off-white head.
Aroma of funk, green apples, unripe pears, red grapes, wine, moderate wood, some horse blanket.
Tastes very lovely, quite similar, with more smooth red grapes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes dry, wooden, moderate vinous, with green apples, funk, citrus, some horse blanket.

Very tasty! Funky and vinous, elegant and very smooth to drink. Greatly balanced, with a well dosed sourness and lovely barrel notes throughout. Delicious stuff, propably my favourite grape Lambic by Cantillon so far.

Clear red body. Intense red fruit aroma. Moderately sour, lightly sweet flavour. Very well balanced.

01-05-18 // tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Hazy juicy dark red. Small white head. Damn juicy, grape juice, seems to be very young, excellently drinking.

Sampled from 75cl bottle at Cantillon. A slightly hazy purple red beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of red berries, beetroot, tart fruits. Taste of tart raspberries, cherries, lactic fruits, beetroot, dry sourish fruity finish.
