Thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Looks good in the glass, quite zippy. Sweet fruity aroma. Starts fine fruity, notes of elder, light sourish background. Finish also with some sweetish hints. Interesting!

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Smooth sourish beginning. The Elderflower fits in fantastic, very smooth and mild sourish, fruity with nice floral Elderflower-hints. Fantastic balanced, round and fruity in the aftertaste, sourish hints, fresh apples and light Elderflowers in the back. Great combination!
