Sampled @Festival der Bierkulturen K�ln 2018. A hazy orange brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of Caramelish malt, red fruits. Taste of caramelish malt, red fruits, wood.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a firm and medium-sized, slightly tanned foamy head. Mildly bready and delicately toasted malty aroma with present notes of caramel, accompanied by yeasty aspice and shades of herbal and subtle citric hops. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Dry and bready malt character with caramel and drying herbal-spicy hops from behind, getting stronger towards the the dry and a bit slim finish. Okay, but cannot compete with the classic brews from Düsseldorf. 19.VIII.17
