0,33 l bottle. Nice mid-golden and clear in the glass, big white head. More malt than grain on the nose, bit not very intensive. Taste is more sweet spicy, later malt and grain, hints of almond. Low dry bitterness, little bit alcoholic. Nice one.

*Old rating, best before 04.02.12. Nettes frisches, leicht alkoholisches Bier. Schöne typische Aromen für einen hellen Bock. etwas rau, aber frisch und für den Frühling passend.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF 2014 Tasting - London. Pours a clear, very pale yellow with a creamy white head. Quite sugary, with notes of cereal, light dough, white bread, honey and white sugar. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary bread and cereal on the finish. Not bad. Pretty par for the style.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14. Clear pale golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is pale malt, straw, light citrics, bread dough, papery tinge. Taste comprises much the same, grassy vibes, light citrics, vanilla, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so.

Bottle. Clear, pale golden body, with a big, creamy, white head, that won’t last very long. Aroma of grains, herbs, honey, candy. Taste with the same aromas, also some citrus. Mouthfeel is medium, oily, with a low carbonation and it finishes bitter/sweet, with herbs and honey and with some alcohol warmth. Not bad, but pretty flat. The smooth honey notes are nices, but otherwise nothing special.
