From the bottle. Dark copper color with a creamy to frothy white head. Aroma of toffee, brown sugar, liquor. Taste is mildly bitter, a touch grainy, overall not much of the usual sweetness to be found in a bock. Medium body with balanced carbonation. Okay.

On tap @ CBM Mainz 2018. Nice sessionable Bock. Grainy caramel, slightly sweetish. Toffee and honey there, hints of grain with not too much sweetness. Nice.
