330ml bottle, thanks to Kolschtrinker. Pours a deep dark brown, moderate tan head. Big vibrant woodfood whisky aroma. Almost overpowering woodfood presence to taste, moderately light body for the style, could do with a little more malt body, vanilla, caramel and chocolate all make an appearance. Decent.

24-11-18 // taster at 4. CraftBeerMesse Mainz. Deep balck. Vanilla bourbon nose. Soft. Creamy. Dark chocolate. Mild bourbon. Minimal vanilla. Great.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A clear very dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of intense sweet dark roasted malt, Whiskey, caramel, vanilla. Taste of sweet vanilla, chocolate, sweet wood, Whiskey, silky mouthfeel, lovely.

Dunkler, süß vanilliger Beginn. Nicht störend alkoholisch, etwas Kirsche, Holznoten. Süffig, Schokolade, keine Bitterkeit, intensiv. Gut! 10/11/12/12//11
