Draft at Revolution Brewing, Chicago. Pours cloudy yellow gold with a white head. Aroma of citrus, orange peel, yeast and grain. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Refrigerated 12 oz. aluminum can poured into a weizen glass. Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is slightly tart, light body, medium carbonation, and medium small bubble lacing. Taste is spritzy tart and nice light orange. Pretty good.

On tap @ Mikkeller Bar. This is a light cloudy soft honey golden one with a small sidesticking white top. Some wheat on the nose, a little bit of pepper corns and coriander. Mild, gentle and nice. Above average on the carbonation and light oily on the mouthfeel. Lots of white pepper in the taste. Wheat, more fresh coriander and some sweetness. Tasty, easy drinking. Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Pours tiny hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace and lacing on the glass. Smell is tiny sweet, phenolic and slightly spicy with crackers, cloves, banana bread, lemon zest, freshly cut grass, thai basil, lemon grass, white pepper corns and cilantro. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny bitter, tiny tart, slightly phenolic and slightly spicy with crackers, white bread, banana bread, lemon zest, plums, lemon grass, cloves, dry soil, freshly cut grass, cilantro, white pepper corns, moist wood and hints of lemon juice and sour cherries. Mouthfeel is crisp, slightly dry, round and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter and tart with crackers, lemon juice, hay, dry soil, cloves, banana bread and hints of white pepper corns, cilantro and lemon grass. Nicely done...
