330ml bottle [4.0%. abv]. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Herbal and lactic aroma, intense notes of woodruff, some mint, a touch of vanilla, sauerkraut, oak. Taste is tart, herbal, minimally lactic, notes of woodruff, a touch of mint, some vanilla. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, relatively soft carbonation. Very refreshing - nice composition.

20-12-19 // Milky yellow with a minimal hue green indeed. White lacing. Mild herbal in the nose. Lactic sour. But mild. Good embodied woodruff notes.

On tap at Bitter creek Boise pours out golden topped with a small head. Nose is odd herbs some vegetable and sour tart notes. Taste is more of the funky tart notes spice herbs odd.

Shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Intense deep sour sulphur and vinegar. The herbs are far in the back, the sourness is way too intense. Lots of sour sulphur and vinegar over hints of woodruff.

23.10.2018 -- a 0.33l bottle from lemke in charlottenburg, bb 21.06.2019, charge 210618-1. pours a hazy pale amber with a medim head. aroma of funk, caramel, tobacco, lactic notes. flavour of caramel, sweetish malts, lactic sourness, quite tart, sour burn in the finish. not sure if I get the woodruff, maybe it adds some sweetness and woodiness.
