500ml bottle, thanks to Kolschtrinker. Pours clear gold, good frothy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, smooth light palate. Sweet light helles lager character, fruity with some straw, distant grain. Fine dortmunder.

50cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of grainy malt, pale malt, straw. Taste of dry moderate sweet grainy pale malt, straw, cardboard, nothing special.

Pours goldec color with a thin head. Grainy aroma. Flavour is dusty malt, some bread on a cloudy finish

Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei-Gasthof): Greenish-golden, visible carbonation, loose off-white head; grassy-strawy nose with a papery touch; light to moderate sweet flavour with a lifgt bitterness, light to medium bodied, soft MF; mild grainy-bitter finish. O.K., drinkable.........

Vom fass in Fasslwirtschaft Riedenburg 21 Jun 07. Bright golden colored. A small fluffy head. Aroma of flowers and fruit. Very carbonated. Sweet fruity flavor with a sweet bitter aftertaste.

(bottle, with thanks to DerDoppelbock) Slightly hazy, pale golden with a foamy white medium-sized lacy head. Quite shy, soft grainy strawy aroma, slightly sweet with a touch of citrus. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium body, lively carbonation. Grainy, pretty one-dimensional taste with light herbal effects; moderately dry, slightly bitter finish. Boring Helles.
