On tap at the brewpub in Plattling, Monday 15th December 2025, after a complete debacle trying to get parked at the station, but DB parking machine not working and parking app also failed. We have eventually parked at the Wohnmobilstellplatz. Anyway this is our first time in here because the opening hours haven't worked for us until now, it's busy tonight and we're on the Stammtisch. Pours hazy yellow with a mid/large sized white head, ticks the Hefeweisse boxes, a bit of millpond aroma amongst the banana and wheatiness, both doesn't detract, mouthfeel good, perhaps could carbonation could last a bit longer and it's ever so slightly sweet, otherwise pretty good.

On tap at the brewpub. A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of phenolic esters, banana, some clove. Taste of clove, some banana fruits, yeast and esters.
