L'IPA (pour "India Pale Ale") offre de jolies notes de fruits exotiques et une amertume intense. Le houblonnage à cru (dry-hopping) fait ressortir son profil fruité.

Citrus fruits, grass, and sweet malt aroma. Malt and grass taste, light bitterness, a hint of grapefruit and pine.

Nice but not an IPA... not hoppy at all, lacks bitterness, etc. Clser to a blond or Belgian double.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear amber beer with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of dry caramelish malt, hints of resinous hops. Taste of caramel, moderate resinous hops, some pine. Not a great IPA!

Bottle from the brewery. Fruity grainy beginning. The used hops are there, pine and resin but not too intense. Fruity with grain and hints of hops, floral hops in the aftertaste with not much bitterness there. Round and refreshing though without to much depth. A resin-bitterness is in the end a bit light on the tongue.
