Spritzig, geschmackvoll und nur 3,3% Alkohol. Unsere Stierberger HalbStarke wird seit 2014 bei uns im Hause gebraut und erfreut sich wachsender Beliebtheit. Hergestellt mit Spezialmalzen und dem seltenen Polaris Hopfen, der erst spät im Brauvorgang zugegeben wird, um sein volles Aroma zu erhalten. Die HalbStarke entwickelt einen besonders vollmundigen und frischen Geschmack, der zusätzliche durch eine hohe Rezenz unterstrichen wird. Ein Schankbier das sich zu den Vollbieren gesellt, eine echte HalbStarke.

clear golden colour, medium sized creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of grainy, hay, roasted sunflower seedy, some grassy, caramel, buttery minimal citrusy and slight floral notes; taste is grainy-bread crusty, hoppy bittery, some roasted nutty, minimal citrusy and slight buttery notes; surprisingly 'bodied' considering its ABV

50cl bottle bought at the brewery. A clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of moderate sweet grainy malt, straw and hints of cereals. Taste of dry grainy malt, straw, soft spicy hops, mild sweetness, moderate bitterness.

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours pale golden color with a whitish head. Light malt aroma. Light malt and light grassy flavor.

Bottle. Deep golden, lively carbonation, big white lacing head. Light honeyish grainy malt nose with citric hop play. Chewy malt base, oatmeal chewiness, feel solid and full. Light mineral edges and a hint paper, fresh citric and grassy hop counterpoint. Great session beer!

Butelka(@ Metro Otto’s Column): Golden, mid-sized stablee loose white head; mild to moderate bitter-grainy nose; light dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied as expected, still not watery; lingering bitter and pale-malty finish. A bit thin, but well hopped. Pretty well drinkable…

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big foamy white head. Mildly doughy and grainy pale malty aroma with a whiff of draff and shy notes of herbal hops. Slightly sweet and delicately bitter flavour with a touch of tartness, light bodied with a crisp carbonation. Slim pale malty start with notes of dough, subtle grainy and herbal hoppy accents; moderately dry, slightly sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish. Okay. 18.XI.15
