12oz bottle. Filtered orange body. Foamy white head. Bright, dry, bitter. Doesn't have too much of that stressed, floral yeast tone happening. I keep trying but really don't get what anyone finds desirable in this style. Has some respectable classic Sierra Nevada hop tone. Mild orange citrus. Clean and dry. OK.

Not bad, but I didn't like it.

Purchased at Publix in Kissimmee, Florida. Pours a slight hazy, pretty light golden-yellow with a frothy-foamy white cap, average retention and spotted foamy lacing. Smell like a dry brew with the hoppiness of grass and citrus. The mouthfeel is dry with not much of an aftertaste. Light grains, light hops. Feels like a Session IPA as all is fairly mild, but no - a 6.2% kick. If you like it very dry and not too hoppy, this is for you.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 12/7/2018. Pours slightly hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, lime, tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, melon, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, mint, peppercorn, pine, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and no astringent hop flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 6.2%. Overall this is a very nice brut IPA. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Great Comet/Crystal profile. Great mix of vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; with a nice solid clean Pils malt backbone. No residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and great style example as expected of the brewery.

Bottle at Whole Foods: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is lightly fruity, sort of weird and vegetal at first. Taste is dry and lightly fruity. Not very bitter. Meh.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. Bright white head with excellent retention. Lemon and funk aromas. Crisp and dry with citrus and bready sourdough upfront turning to tongue stripping earth and marshmallow in the medium length finish.

3 week old bottle A: Pale clear yellow with very active carbonation but little head or retention. S: Not much scent. A little citrus, a little white grape. Kolsch-esque with a faint bready note. T: Tartly fruity and vinous.A hint of alcohol and a medicinal afterteste. Otherwise dry I guess. Like a mild white wine basically. M: Medium weight, average carbonation but not particularly refreshing. O: My 2nd of the style and I'm 0 for 2. Had high hopes but all this does is make me want a kolsch.

Pours clear yellow/golden with a thick white head. Harsh, dry aroma similar to that of a pale lager. Taste is light with floral notes the initial impression. Very low hop profile that is only really detectable on the palate. The palate is formed by a nose note that can really only be described as champagne-like. Mild citrus and floral notes throughout. Fascinating beer.
