On tap at Denver Chophouse - Denver Airport, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is light and gentle, with toasted nuts and soft bready malt. Flavour is gently malty, with toasted malt, bready caramel, and a touch of toffee. Dry, clean, nicely malty. Nothing wrong with this.

Pint at the airport location. Dark, ruby brown color, with a small, tan head and some good lacing. The aroma is earth and mulch, bitter chocolate, rye, and black pepper. Sweet and malty, with a mellow bitterness, and a sharp, spicy bite. Medium body, chewy, and sharp. This is a sharp and assertive dunkel. Not bad.

Another delayed flight at DIA, another overpriced beer at the Chophouse - dark amber/brown - flavor is fairly rich Munich maltiness, but there is also a fair amount of huskiness, a bit of undue bitterness, and a finish that is somewhat tangy and metallic, bordering on sour - why did I order a 20 ounce of this?

Poured a dark amber with a frothy off white head. The aroma is malt and a little acid citrus. The flavour is medium bitter with a malty weak liqourice metallic palate.
