Dichte, mäßig stabile Schaumkrone, naturtrüb, in der Nase fällt zuerst ein milchsaures Aroma auf, grasiger und fruchtiger Hopfen, in Geschmack frisch, ebenfalls leicht sauer, zitrusfruchtig, leichte Hopfenbittere. Insgesamt ein ungewöhnliches, aber interessantes und vor allem sehr erfrischendes und süffiges Helles.

Bottle from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Aroma is grainy malt with bready notes, straw, grassy noble hop. Touch of hay. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium body. Decent, a bit sweeter than I like my Helles.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

0,5 l bottle from kappldav123. Thanks a lot! BB 13.12.2. Murky golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head. Grainy straw aroma. Taste starts also with grainy straw and caramel. Hints of burnt plastic. Little bit strange. Not my cup of tea.

Bottle from the brewery. Looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Starts mild, malty, some spicy hints. Some fruity notes of apple, some shy spicy notes. Finish well balanced. Nice!

Dorée, col blanc crémeux et soyeux.
Arôme est frais houblonné noble avec un léger rétro-nasal sur les malts.
Palais est léger houblonné, fin céréale, un peu herbacé avec une petite note mentholée.

Flaska från Bierothek. Disig gyllengul vätska med högt vitt skum. Doft av säd hö och jäst. Torr och lite dammig, säd, hö och mjöligt knäckebröd. Mjuk och len som en bra helles, jästig och brödig som en kellerbier och blommigt höig som en sydtysk pilsner. Mycket gott.
