BB 14.9.2019. copper clear color, no head. smells cherry, light cardboard, earthy, some fruits, plums, spices, peppery. decent smell. medium body, no carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sweet, some stone fruits, light wood, bit ciderish, hints of citrus. finishes medium sweet with notes of stone fruits, cider and light citrus. pretty decent one, quite sweet but I kind of liked the balance.

250ml bottle. Milky, reddish brown colour with a layer of white bubbles. Vinous, tart-ish aroma, notes of blue grapes, grape juice, hints of morello, a touch of vinegar and leather. Taste is tart, fruity and slightly sugary, notes of morello, hints of blue grapes, grape juice. Thin, simple and monotonous.

Bottle, shared at THT Nov. '17. Brown color. No head. Aroma's brown sugar, sourish, a bit vomit. Retronasal it's sourish, sweetish, something weird that I can't describe. Flavor is moderate sweet'n'sour. Light bodied.

Bottle shared at THT November. Clear amber with small off white head. Soft sour fruits, also lots of sugar, light puke, lemon, apricot, lots of candy, lots of oxidized notes. Quite sweet and just medium sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Not bad for a Chapeau.
