Aroma is artificial sweet caramel with some artificial berries. Artificial sweetness, oak finish. Nothing good.

Bottle. Pours clear amber. Aroma is light funk, dust, dirt, vinegar. Body is medium strangely salty and sweet, funk, sugar and sugar. Almost no carbonation. A bit like a soda, too. Meh.

Flaska från belgiuminabox. Riktgt söt men iskall funkar det. Massor av honung och söta äpplen med viss syra i behåll. Lite åt istehållet eller som honungsatten man dricker vid förkylning. Ok.

7/V/17 - sample @ the brewery (Toer de Geuze) - BB: n/a (2017-587) Thanks to ElManana+1 for sharing the beer!
Clear copper orange beer, creamy white head, unstable, bit adhesive. Aroma: woody, funky, bit cheesy, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sour, caramel, bit sweet, lemony, lime peel, sugary touch. Aftertaste: pretty sourish, caramel, sweet, bit funky, cheesy finish. Actually one of the better faro's I've tasted so far. Still very sour, which is nice!

Sampled from 0.25 l bottle from ’Belgiuminabox.com’, best before August 2016. Murky, brownish red with a thin, soapy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, a bit fruity and a little woody aroma of rotten lemon, vinegar, sugar and some wood. Very sweet, slightly sourish and a bit fruity taste of rotten lemon, apples, lots of sugar, some wood and hints of leather, followed by a short, slightly tart, a bit dry finish. Medium body, quite astringent and a bit effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Way too sweet, almost artificially so, unpleasant aroma, overall hardly drinkable.

Bottle, picked up at Binnys! Pours quite hazy orange, small beige head, dissipates slowly, decent lacing. Aroma is sweet funk, candi sugar, carmelized sugars, hints of Brett and barnyard. Flavor is very sweet and lightly funky. You can almost feel supersaturated sugar crystals going down your throat. Medium body, low carbonation. Pour it over ice cream? Don’t drink it. You will die of diabetes. Oh well, 38 more beers to find to succeed in getting 10 of each style before 10,000 rates.

25 cl bottle @ home, BBE 18.09.2014
Aroma is nice combination of earthy sourness and sugary sweetness. Flavour is tartish with grapefruit, sweet sugary maltiness and some fruits. Interesting and better than I expected.
