330ml bottle. Cloudy, orangey, deep golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Spicy and slightly fruity aroma, notes of ginger, hints of orange peel, sweet-ish, pale malty background. Taste is spicy and slightly fruity, notes of ginger, a touch of orange peel, sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty basis. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, slightly prickly carbonation. Lives almost solely from its adjuncts: really nice ginger flavours without any hints of soapy interference, rather weak fruitiness, the basic Bock delivers only body and sweetness; nice, constructive composition - OK.

33cl swing-top bottle. Grainy smooth beginning. Caramel, easy to drink with a grainy fruity back. Caramel, not too much bitterness, roasted grain. Easy to drink, malty and soft with a roasted bitterness.

33cl swing top bottle. A hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of herbal malt and some spices. Taste of grainy and herbal malt, pale fruits.

Draught @ KCBD18. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt, with spicy notes and touches of hops and yeast. Sweetish flavour of malt and yeast, with notes of honey and herbal medicine. Hints of hops. Bitterish and herbal aftertaste with estery and malty hints. Well. more interesting than good.nbut still drinkable.

Draught at KCBD18. Spicy, Kräuterbitter aroma, is it bog myrtle? Cloudy amber colour. Good stable white head. The flavour also has bog myrtle, but dry and spicy. A little sweet, but not too much. Slightly unpleasant bitterness in the finish.
