Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso l'orzo tostato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il colore è giallo vivo. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Sul palato si riportano indizi di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, erba e agrumi.

Flascherl: Hazy, amber coloured with a ruby sheen, small to medium-sized tanned head, moderate sweet toasty nose, distinctive traces of dried fruits, even some leathery spots detectable, some chocolatey bitterness underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, pretty soft; slightly lingering bitter -sweet chocolatey, toasty and fruity finish. More a diluted Stout than a Schwarzbier...

50cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of moderate sweet chocolate, nuts, dark malt. Taste of sweet dark malt, caramel, nuts, melasse, bitter hops, burned malt, some chocolate. Good!
