Sampled from bottle. Almost clear, pale greenish golden with a few white bubbles on top. Sweetish, gently fruity aroma of quince and some honey. Gently sweet, minimally sourish, quite fruity taste of quince and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, almost oily mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Nice!

Süffiger, fein säuerlicher Beginn. Hohe Süffigkeit, komplex fruchtig und hell holzig, alkoholische Nuancen, nicht störend. Dann trocken werdend, feinherb, rund. Trocken fruchtiger Abgang. Lecker! 8/10/11/11/11/11

100cl bottle. A clear yellow colour. Aroma of dry pears, yellow fruits. Taste of dry mild sourish pears, apples, yellow fruits.

Bottle from Edeka in Ludwigshafen. Great sour fresh tart quinces in the beginning. Deep fruity, moderate bitter-sourish. Deep sour, tart fruity quinces, rich and round. Very nice.
