750ml bottle with cork, from Scrattings. 2016 Vintage, 9.2%. Golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of wood barrel, oak, vanilla, bourbon, apple. Taste is sweetish and mellow, bourbon, woody, oaky, vanilla, formic note, with some tangy apple and spicy tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt 2019. A clear yellow golden colour. Aroma of whiskey barrel, vanilla, riped apples. Taste of riped sweet apples, bourbon, oak, vanilla.
