Big Brother to our Mother’s Milk. It starts with our Mother’s Milk recipe, we then add copious amounts of brown sugar to add body and increase the alcohol content. Then, after primary fermentation, we infuse a cold coffee extract from our friends down the street, Monkey Joe’s Roasting Co.

Keg at Brouwerij Lane, Brooklyn. Pours dark brown with a moderate, beige cream cap. Milk chocolate aroma, light roast, some filter coffee. Medium sweet flavor, big coffee character, cocoa, light roast. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation and a smooth mouthfeel. Sweet finish, good roastiness, coffee, mild lacto sugars, milk chocolate. Nice.

Courtesy of coldbrewky, many thanks. Almost black color with huge beige head. Aroma of roasted coffee, cocoa, caramel. Taste, surprisingly sour with coffee notes. Sour finish. Overall I’m little bit disappointed.

on tap–pours a brown head and dark brown color. Aroma is coffee, dark malt-roasty. Taste is coffee/anise, dark malt-roasty, earthy hops. Not my style but nice.

cheers to markwise for this one. pours dark brown, nice mocha/beige head. aroma, chocolate malts with some lactic elements and roast. flavor, some chocolate malts, hints of coffee, lactose with a small bitter coffee finish. At 4% this is highly drinkable.

Courtesy of markwise. Pours very dark with tan head. The aroma is big and bold with dark roasted coffee along with a touch of toffee and a bit of burnt malts. The taste is much the same with bold rich dark roasted coffee mixing with sweet toffee goodness creating a very pleasing flavor. It ends with the addition of chocolate.
